Catching up with myself

Today was catch up on all the things since I have been off living my best life here, there, and everywhere. Still working my way through the list but taking a break to sip some bone broth and enjoy this absolutely glorious weather.

If you are reading this, relax your shoulders. Sigh deeply. Now breathe into your tummy slowly, and exhale fully. Again. And again. And again. If you can, get outside with a nice cuppa something. Repeat.

It's easy to fall into the go-go-go trap or feel the anxiety of "get it all done." The problem is when we stay there. Our nervous system stays activated and we never come down and just keep adding to all that mess.

This is your reminder to breathe and just be. Even for a moment in your day. (But hopefully longer!) Reset yourself. That list ain't going anywhere, boo. 😘

Remember, these seemingly small changes add up BIG. Take care of you. One little step at a time. 🫶
