Episode 22: Back to Basics

When life gets overwhelming or sickness strikes, it's okay, and necessary, to slow down and return to basic self-care with regards to simple health habits. Our bodies were beautifully designed and we only need to give space and opportunity to allow them to do what they were made to do. This is your reminder to stock your health arsenal now and get back to the wellness basics when you are feeling "off."
