Season 2, Ep. 23: It’s the small things

I always say that small changes add up to BIG results. It's the smallest habits, done consistently, that can make the biggest difference in your life. but oftentimes we discount them because they are so small, we forget what mountains they move.

This is my story, what I learned, and some positive changes I am seeing now. (And a little tip I've found to make habits more sustainable.)
