Spring breaking…

Hey there, it’s been awhile, hasn’t it?

I've been practicing presence with my people through several fun and celebratory events over the last couple weeks, and now I'm on Spring Break with my kiddos, and some friends are joining us in a few hours. I've been all off my normal routine and I really think it has been good for me!

I slept in this morning and it was just lovely. I'm going to do a water aerobics class here shortly and maybe a sauna sesh. I'm looking forward to visiting and relaxing and just BEING this week. 

 

When I head home, it's time for a spring makeover to my schedule, rhythm, and routine - so I'm happy to have this time on vacation to consider what that looks like. (I’m sure I’ll have more on that later.)

 

Even if you don't travel, I highly suggest carving out some time to just 'be' in your schedule, and be present with your people. And really consider what in your daily routine needs to have a makeover this spring.
