Ep. 26: Vacation Reflections
Sometimes the thing that feels hardest is the thing we most need.
This vacation comes at a really hard time for us, but I am so happy I went. The change of scenery, pace, and perspective shook things up to make way for the new. And with this fresh start comes a freedom and flexibility to revamp my rhythm and routine. Rest, relaxation, recharging, and refreshment are SO important for us. To be able to get away, take a break, and NOT have the mental ticker-tape is vital to our wholistic well-being.
I encourage you all to make space for this in your life, at least weekly.
